Claimwatch links up with Brown Brothers
Bodyshop repair system ClaimWatch is now fully integrated with Brown Brothers' Bodyshop Direct software, allowing insurers, bodyshops and customers to monitor the repair status of their vehicles twenty-four hours a day.
The system is available to all bodyshops using version 63c and above of Bodyshop Direct. It features SMS text messaging, the facility to pre-book jobs and courtesy cars, customer contact diary and aOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
