Spiller in line for $7m payoff from Guy Carp departure
Ousted chief executive of Guy Carpenter David Spiller is in line for a cash and equity pay off worth $7m, Reinsurance magazine understands.
Parent MMC's company information for 2007 reveals that the executive is in line for a cash payment of $3.9m plus $2.9m in stock and $223,000 in other compensation upon dismissal.
