Speed of handling claims a concern for insurance market

Concerns over the speed of handling claims is a far bigger issue than previously thought, according to a survey by TrustAssured, part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

One respondent said: “We tend to win business on cost and comprehensiveness of cover, and lose business on client service, because Lloyd’s systems are so archaic.”
