The Association of Mutual Insurers and the Association of Friendly Societies have announced the publication of a new code of corporate governance for the mutual insurance sector.
The new Annotated Combined Code,one of the key recommendations of Paul Myners ’Review of the Governance of Life Mutuals, is launched today with the backing of the Treasury and Financial ServicesOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
