Cooper Gay has appointed onshore and offshore energy specialist Mike Makowski to boost the development of its energy business in the former Soviet Union and Central and Eastern Europe.
Reporting to Andrew Stammers, executive director of non-marine energy and construction and based in Cooper Gay's London offices, Mr Makoswki brings more than 30 years' experience in the oil and gas
