Over one thousand claims firms seek authorisation
1,176 applications have been received for authorisation under the Compensation Act 2006 to provide regulated claims management services.
16 February was the deadline set for applications to be submitted by to ensure the completion of processing by April, when it is expected that the prohibition on providing regulated claims managementOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
