Groupama Healthcare completes reorganisation
Groupama Healthcare will successfully complete the reorganisation of its UK healthcare business by the end of May, the insurer said as it concluded the final phase of its integration with Clinicare.
The legal process to formally transfer the business portfolio from Clinicare to Groupama Insurance Company has been completed successfully as part of the integration.
