Corporate Manslaughter Bill heads for conclusion
The Home Office has officially announced the final version of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Bill. The contraversial legislation has produced mixed reactions from unions and business groups. A statement from the Home Office issued today, said:
Tough new legislation to prosecute companies whose gross negligence leads to the death of employees or members of the public was published today in the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide
