RSA to launch Chinese operation
Royal & Sun Alliance has been granted approval from the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, to establish a subsidiary to transact non-life insurance in China.
RSA, which already has a branch operation in Shanghai, has secured permission to transfer its Chinese business into a subsidiary. The subsidiary will be wholly owned by RSA and the conversion process
