Tiner details scope of enforcement review

John Tiner, chief executive of the Financial Services Authority, has announced the scope, form and timing of the promised review of the FSA's enforcement processes. The review will be led by David Strachan, FSA director of retail firms and sector leader for insurance.

FCA vows to keep pressure on premium finance APRs
