Apil disappointed MoJ makes no mention of claimant rehab
The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers has welcomed the Ministry of Justice’s response to personal injury reform. It particularly hailed the decision to maintain the small claims limit for personal injury claims at £1000 and its "drive to encourage a quicker claims system".
However, in a statement Apil added it "would like to be sure that the Government does not lose sight of the personal needs and circumstances of the individual claimant".
