FSA to begin GI regulation review next April
The Financial Services Authority has set out further details of its post-implementation reviews of the mortgage and general insurance regimes. The general insurance review will begin in April 2006
The reviews, announced by FSA Managing Director Clive Briault earlier this year, will investigate the effectiveness of the regimes, focusing initially on how far the FSA conduct of businessOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
