VAT on outsourcing D-day announced
The pre-budget report statement will be made to the House of Commons by the Chancellor on Monday 5 December.
The report is expected to include confirmation that the Governement is to delay the date for the introduction of the new VAT on outsourcing regime - provisionally 1 January 2006.Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
