Max Re finalises US Specialty deal
Max Re's US subsidiary has announced the completion of the acquisition of a US -based excess and surplus lines company to operate under the name Max Specialty Insurance company.
Max Re said the new subsidiary complements the company's existing insurance and reinsurance operations based in Bermuda and Dublin. Max Specialty, based in Richmond, Virginia, is headed by Stephen J
