IAG to sell Lloyd's syndicate Alba

Troubled Australian insurer IAG is to sell its Lloyd’s specialist Asian syndicate Alba.

IAG said that it was “looking to exit [its] investment Alba (Lloyd’s Syndicate 4455) and also Diagonal Underwriting agency” as part of a management decision that it was “no longer required” to support
