Odyssey Re CFO resigns
Odyssey Re Holdings has announced that executive vice president and chief financial officer Robert Giammarco is resigning from the Company, effective August 15, 2006, to pursue other interests. R. Scott Donovan will be appointed as executive vice president and become Odyssey Re's chief financial officer on August 15, 2006.
Mr Donovan is a seasoned insurance executive with over 27 years of experience. For the past four years, he has served as president and chief operating officer of TIG Insurance Group, an affiliate of
