Aquilo enters exclusive takeover talks
Aquilo plc has announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with a major UK plc in relation to the disposal of the business of Aquilo Motor Services Ltd, a subsidiary of the company.
This follows an announcement on 22 November 2006 that the Board of Aquilo was continuing negotiations with certain parties which may or may not lead to acquisitions of one or more subsidiaries of theOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
