The insurance industry’s response to FSA announcement on contract certainty
The Contract Certainty Steering Committee (CCSC) - the insurance industry body responsible for leading the contract certainty initiative - has welcomed the Financial Services Authority's (FSA’s) announcement confirming that the industry has delivered on its objective of contract certainty.
The FSA challenged the insurance industry to achieve contract certainty within two years in December 2004, and has today announced that it is pleased with the progress made.
