Kiln grabs senior underwriter from Bowoods
Kiln, the Lloyd's subsidiary of Japanese reinsurer Tokio Marine, has appointed Ashley Gayton to its Syndicate 510 property and special lines division, where he will manage Kiln's international motor business.
