CII urges Government to encourage greater learning culture in work place

The Government should modify its system of tax relief and improve communications to provide greater incentives for workers in the insurance and financial services sectors to study for professional exams. This is the message the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) is sending to Government this week in its response to a discussion paper from the Treasury on tax incentives for professional development.
