Goshawk hit by £220,000 FSA fine
Goshawk has announced that Goshawk Syndicate Management Limited (GSML), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company that was previously responsible for the management of Syndicate 102 at Lloyd's, has been fined £220,000 by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The fine is in relation to certain breaches of the FSA's Principles for business and of the rules on senior management arrangements, systems and controls during 2002 and 2003.
The troubled Bermudian reinsurer said that it has received written confirmation from Lloyd's that it will not bring disciplinary procedures against GSML in respect of the matters the subject ofOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
