Groupama healthcare relaunches after acquisition
Following the acquisition of specialist health insurer Clinicare Limited from Groupe AZUR-GMF in October 2005, Groupama Insurances has now completed the first phase of the integration of its two healthcare businesses.
From today, all new business will be traded on an integrated basis as Groupama Healthcare from its new Letchworth Healthcare Centre. The Clinicare brand will begin to be phased out and the Groupama
