Novae sees rates fall 6% in first quarter

Lloyd's insurer Novae this morning reported gross written premium during the first quarter: had fallen slightly to £88.5m (Q1 2007: £89.1m)

The business added it had seen an average rate reduction of 6% on business renewed in quarter one.
