Equity buys Open + Direct
Equity Insurance Group has announced its agreement to acquire Northern Ireland based broker Open + Direct Insurance Services for an undisclosed sum. The deal, it claims, will make Equity the largest insurance broker in Northern Ireland.
Open + Direct Insurance was established in 2002 and has eight large branches across Belfast, Coleraine, Dungiven, Londonderry, Magherafelt and Newtownards offering a full range of products including
