DAS makes way for Lawclub Legal in QBE deal
QBE's Motor division has replaced DAS with Lawclub Legal Protection in order to consolidate and enhance the legal expenses and uninsured loss recovery (ULR) cover it provides to its motor policyholders.
The partnershipis effective for all new business and renewals on or after 1st April 2009.
Under the new arrangement, claims for uninsured loss recovery will be handled by Lawclub Legal Protection's
