CFA revamp revealed
Consumers, businesses, insurers, courts and lawyers will benefit from simplification of conditional fee regulations, the government claimed.
The removal of unnecessary regulation will apply to all CFAs which are used across a range of civil cases, including commercial, defamation and personal injury. They will put into place the GovernmentOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
