Greenlight latest class of 2005 member to seek IPO
Greenlight Re, the Cayman-domiciled reinsurer has filed for an initial public offering of shares to raise up to $175m.
The move comes hot on the heels of similar recent announcements from fellow class of 2005 members, Flagstone Re, CastlePoint and Validus.
The shares will trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under
