Aspen forges ahead in bumper 06
Bermudian (re)insurer Aspen has unveiled a vintage year, with net income of $378.1m for 2006 on a combined ratio of 82.4% for the group.
Annualised return on average equity was 18.5% for the year and shareholders' equity increased 17% to $2,389m at December 31, 2006 from $2,040m a year earlier.
The result was also boosted by an increase
