Liverpool Victoria to acquire Britannia Rescue
Liverpool Victoria has announced today that it has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire Britannia Rescue from the Civil Service Motoring Association, subject to csma member approval and regulatory approval.
The key features of the proposed transaction are as follows:
The total value of the transaction is estimated to be approximately £36 million, of which £18 million will be paid in cash to csma onOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
