Bank of England cuts its interest rate to 2%
The Bank of England has today cut its interest rate from 3% to 2%.
In a statement the Bank gave the following reasons:'The Bank of England's Monetary Policy Committee today voted to reduce the official Bank Rate paid on commercial bank reserves by 1.0 percentage
