Quinn Insurance announces boardroom shake up

Quinn Insurance has carried out a restructuring of its board. It added the move was part of a "process to ensure that [it] implements corporate governance structures that are more independent of the wider Quinn group and which resemble those of a publicly listed company".

As part of the changes Tony McCusker is joining the company as a non-executive director having enjoyed a career in the Northern Ireland Civil Service including the positions of director of the office
