Cox in talks to acquire Highway
The board of directors of Highway have confirmed that they are in discusssions with Cox Insurance Holdings that may led to a "recommended all share offer being made by Cox for the company".
In a statement this morning, Highway added that discussions between the parties are continuing and any formal offer remains subject to a number of pre-conditions, including the satisfactory completionOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
