Hiscox warns recruitment agencies may be overpaying on EL
Hiscox has warned that recruitment agencies may be paying too much for employers' liability insurance, after a recent Court of Appeal test case ruling.
Muscat v Cable & Wireless upheld that an 'implied' employment relationship exists between a contract worker and the company they are contracted to.
In this case, the appeal judges said an employment
