Departed MMC CFO gets $5m
MMC will pay departing chief financial officer Matthew Bartley more than $5m in compensation after the decision was made to part company with him, Reinsurance Magazine can reveal.
In an SEC filing pertaining to its annual results for the 2007 year of account, MMC says that it will pay mr Bartley $5.39m for "involuntary termination without cause or termination for good reason".
