Regulator tells Omega to 'put up or shut up' over Hardy approach
Lloyd’s insurer Omega has been given just over a fortnight to either ‘put up or shut up’ with regards to its proposed acquisition of larger rival Hardy.
In a statement today the Takeover Panel said: “Following recent representations made by the advisers to Hardy, the Panel Executive has been considering the application of Rule 2.4(b) of the Code toOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
