Kwik Fit owner acquires the AA
Private equity firms CVC Capital Partners and Permira have announced the acquisition of motoring organisation AA from Centrica plc for £1.75bn.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and will be completed using a new company formed for the purpose owned jointly by CVC and Permira and financed by funds managed or advised by the twoOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
