Towergate launches SME Energy Certification service
Towergate Partnership has launched a new Energy Certification service designed to help SME's meet the requirements of the European Energy Performance Buildings Directive.
The company will work with Personal Touch Energy Surveyors, who will provide the certification for the properties.
The Directive, which came into force earlier this year, requires all types of property
