Alex Forbes hires from Marsh to launch new practice
Alexander Forbes International Risk Services has launched a private equity and corporate acquisitions practice to provide insurance and risk transfer services to businesses undertaking corporate and M&A activity.
Oliver Crispin, previously vice president at Marsh, has been appointed to head the new practice.
AFIRS said PECAP will consolidate and grow its existing services in the private equity and M&A sector
