Hogmanay organisers face bill after failing to arrange cancellation insurance
The organisers of the Edinburgh Hogmanay Celebrations face costs of up to several hundred thousand pounds as a result of failing to arrange cancellation insurance for the events on New Year's Eve due to adverse weather conditions, according to events insurer Insurex Expo-Sure.
Events cancelled were the Royal Bank Street Party, the Concert in the Gardens with Forth One and the Seven Hills Fireworks.Costs will include refunding 8000 ticket holders for the Concert in the
