Highway in acquisitions talks update as it announces profits will beat expectations
Highway Insurance today announced that the company's financial results for the year ended 31 December 2004 will be materially higher than current market expectations.
In the absence of unforeseen circumstances, the directors reported they estimate that profit before taxation for the year ended 31 December 2004 will not be less than £19.5m.The company has stated
