Bright's defence: Indie bosses lost faith in claims handlers

Senior management of Independent Insurance did not believe that claims handlers were properly handling claims received by the company, writes Penny Sukhraj .

Southwark Crown Court heard how, in memos sent between the end of July and September 1999, Philip Condon, was 'disappointed' with his senior claims manager, Patricia Clarkson.
