There's no disputing bureau's ability to settle disagreements.

The Personal Investment Authority's Ombudsman is having a busy time. In the past year it has resolved 7000 disputes and expects far more to land on its desks in the coming 12 months. Jonathan Guy reports.

disputes resolved by the bureau.
