Europe drags feet over uninsured driver threat
The progress of the Motor Insurers' Bureau in combating uninsured driving, and the latest developments with regards to the Ministry of Justice's personal injury reforms were up for debate at the third claims club meeting of 2008. Jonathan Swift reports
