Julian Enoizi is to become chief executive of UK government‑backed terrorism mutual Pool Re.
He replaces Steve Atkins, who is retiring on 9 September after 13 years in the role. Atkins - whose tenure included the aftermath of 11 September 2001, which led to Pool Re extending cover to chemical
