Through the broking glass
Having spent over 30 years predominantly working in Royal and Sun Alliance's Irish markets, Paul Donaldson decided to embrace the challenge of taking over from Brendan McManus as managing director of broker. While he hopes to build on several recent success stories, such as extending the network of walk-in trading units nationwide, he tells Jonathan Swift that he also sees a number of areas where change is needed to help RSA start punching its weight.
