Up until a couple of weeks ago, if someone were to go through my mobile phone they would find text messages from Dominos Pizza about a multitude of special offers.

But if that person were to have a check over the last week or so, they would see that I am now bombarded with texts that promise to help me claim compensation for my accident, which the sender assures
