Aviva’s Storah reveals power of ChatGPT in insurance sales

Aviva UK and Ireland general insurance CEO Jason Storah has revealed the benefits of the provider’s recently-launched ChatGPT app.

In March, Aviva became the first UK insurance company to let customers get a quote through ChatGPT, with the insurer aiming to utilise the tech as a major sales channel.
