ABI Fire Safety Facility cover limit raised to £75m
The Fire Safety Reinsurance Facility has been expanded, allowing participating insurers to now cover losses of up to £75m.
Originally launched in April 2024 - nearly seven years after the Grenfell Tower fire, which claimed 72 lives and sent insurance costs for high-risk buildings soaring – the Facility initially provided
