NormanMax set to acquire FloodFlash
Floodflash has agreed terms to be acquired by US parametric firm NormanMax, subject to FCA approval.
Founded in 2019 by Adam Rimmer, pictured right, and Dr Ian Bartholomew, pictured left, FloodFlash received a British Insurance Technology Award in 2021.
The firm uses parametric insurance to pay out
