The Financial Conduct Authority is going to come knocking on pet insurer’s doors in the next 12 months, Catherine Carey, head of consumer strategy at Consumer Intelligence, has warned.

In the latest Insurance Post Podcast, Carey said the watchdog was on the prowl for “many different reasons” including the Consumer Duty requirements relating to fair value that were introduced
